As an attachment to an agency agreement, we agree to do the following: Within 10 days of a completed agency agreement we will: -Create a digital photographic display of the property. -List property on Co-Star - the best subsciption commercial real estate database. -List property on City Feet and Loopnet, as well as the Douglas Elliman website. -Send property with pictures and analysis to all Douglas Elliman agents in our immediate company (thousands). -Send property with pictures and analysis to all commercial agents throughout the country through our commercial CRES Network. -We are members of the Real Estate Board of NY. The property will be discussed at the first available meeting, and sent to all committee members immediately. -Send property to our extensive database of all commercial brokers and sales agents in NYC. -Advertise on a regular basis in the NY Times Investment or Sales section, in the Wall Street Journal, and other appropriate publications. -Send property to all customers on our Databases showing the benefits of your location. -Be available to promptly return all calls. -Advertise in additional publications at our expense where needed, and also pay for all appropriate signs for the location, if permitted. -Help prospective purchasers with any necessary assistance to insure a proper presentation to the Ownership Group, if necessary. As managers of hundreds of co-op buildings and brokers of hundreds of transactions, we can and will use our experience to help complete the deal. PROFILE Rick Dana joined Douglas Elliman in 1981 and has worked in commercial and retail leasing and sales for almost 30 years. He is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York's Retail Committee, and recently won Douglas Elliman's Commercial Sales Award for the most transactions. He is a graduate of CW Post, with a degree in business and a minor in music. In his spare time, Rick is the Musical Director, as well as a performer for a traveling Dinner Theatre of 35 singers and dancers called "The Long Island Cabaret Theatre". He also loves to play piano and sing.
