TENANT GUARANTY: The Dana Commercial Team will guarantee the tenants that they put in. If a tenant that they lease space to goes out of business in the first year, they will REPLACE THE TENANT FOR NO ADDITIONAL COMMISSION! Commission would only be due if there is an extended term. Simply hire them again, and they will find a new replacement tenant for the space. If the tenant goes out after the first year, they will give a commission credit based on the remaining term and rent, and apply that toward any new commission. Their tenants have a very high success rate, so this is rarely required, but they stand behind their tenants.
